The community features a paddle court (bring your own racket) and a large pool, all within a clean and well-maintained environment. Inside, Virginia Exclusive Sanctuary offers two heated pools. The ground-floor pool is surrounded by lush greenery, sun loungers, and a comfortable seating area. The second pool is located on the rooftop terrace: spacious and elegant, it's the perfect place to gather and enjoy memorable moments together. In addition to its heated pool, it includes a shaded lounge area, daybeds, and a barbecue with a counter that can seat up to 8 people. The perfect spot to enjoy sunsets over the jungle and fully appreciate the starry nights. The ground floor features a beautiful kitchen, two living rooms, a large dining table for eight, and a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The downstairs queen-size bedroom has its own bathroom, a closet, and a desk. On the upper floor, you’ll find three king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and a closet. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a spacious balcony and a private bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower.
