Lugar muy pequeño, no es un lugar para 4 personas ya que no está acondicionado para ello, colchones incómodos, cama muy pequeña, el agua caliente dura muy poco, cortinas de tela manchadas con marcas y letras, sofá dañado y con mal olor en fin en plenas navidades tuve que salir con mi familia a buscar otro alojamiento lo que me produjo un gasto exuberante no contemplado por buscar de un día para otro este tipo de casos se deben reportar para que no existan en el mercado
Muy buena ubicación todo queda cerca, si vas a andar de paseo que al Ferri , a Xcaret ,centro ,la zona es tranquila . las camas son duras y las almohadas muy duras, el agua sale tibia de la regadera , y para cocinar las ollas son de aluminio o no se de q material pero solo sirven para calentar agua , la comida se pega ! Los anfitriones contestan rápido y están al pendiente
Pequeño pero confortable Positive: Si bien el alojamiento tiene elementos de baja calidad, la ducha caliente dura literalmente 2 minutos, la atención, consideración y dedicación por parte del personal nos dejó más que conformes, la locación es súper tranquila y cercana a un mal grande.
